I stayed at this hotel recently and found it to have a great location, just a short walk to Universal Studios, making it super convenient for families. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in our stay. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. Additionally, the dining options were a bit limited and the prices seemed on the higher side, which was a letdown.

The service here was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff and the waitress at the bar lobby truly provided selfless and friendly service, making us feel welcome.
